When the surgery is closed you may be offered an appointment with the Extended Access Service at Bishop Auckland Hospital. The service offers pre-bookable appointments arranged by contacting the surgery or calling NHS 111 when the surgery is closed. This service is by appointment only and does not offer walk-in appointments.

When the surgery is closed NHS 111 can help if you have urgent medical problems and you're not sure what to do.
